• Responsible for requirements gathering and creating product backlog

• Must be from CPG, retail domain

• Must have 13 years of experience of which at least last 2 years should have worked in larger program, spanning over 6 months or more.

• Experience in agile based delivery is must

• Should have experience in working with offshore and also working on distributed agile projects

• Knowledge on tools like Jira is a must. Experience in creating product backlogs is a must.

• Should have experience in gathering requirements for a Data warehousing projects.

• Any personalization program experience is beneficial
