Position Summary
The Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.
- Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.
- Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.
- Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.
- Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead
- Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
- Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
