What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Merchandiser position at KREY DISTRIBUTING COMPANY?
- Service accounts assigned on your route
- Float to other merchandiser routes to assist on high volume days
- Rotate and fill coolers/cold boxes, warm shelves, and build and maintain floor displays
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including product back stock
- Condense backstock pallets and product
- Communication with key decision makers at retail and Merchandising Manager
- Possess a working knowledge of Krey Distributing's portfolio, rotation policy, repack process and equipment safety
- Report all out of stock products to Sales Representatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid driver’s license and full vehicle insurance
- Ability to perform the physical duties of the job, including but not limited to: lifting, lowering, carrying and pushing up to 50 pounds
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Adhere to and follow all company policies and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as needed
