Member of Technical Staff (AI Engineering)

Job Responsibilities:

• Engineer text and email agents using our proprietary email agent framework
• Maintain and develop our email agent framework
• Develop custom performance and quality evaluations for our agents
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in fullstack, backend, or AI engineering
• Experience with backend development (Python)
• Experience integrating language models into AI applications
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
• Bonus points if you are experienced with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and are able to clearly articulate the differences between model quality
• Bonus points if you have experience fine-tuning models
• Bonus points if you have experience building, using, or refining benchmarks
• Bonus points if you were an ex-founder
  
  

Compensation Range: $150K - $250K
