Krew Security & Surveillance is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Security Technician to join our team. As an Electronic Security Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems, including fire alarms, intrusion alarms, access control systems, video surveillance, audio components, and data networks.
- Travel to client sites to service, repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP-based video security systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in the low-voltage electronics or electronic security industry, preferably with customer service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic devices and use critical thinking skills.
