Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in San Diego, CA for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to senior management through a wide range of administrative and organizational duties. Responsibilities include managing client communications, emails, processing payments, handling confidential information, and more. The role also involves serving as a key point of contact for internal and external parties, ensuring effective communication and seamless operations in support of the executive’s priorities.
Responsibilities
· Generate customer invoices
· Track communications between warehouse and sales
· Address customer concerns with promptness and professionalism
· Confirm delivery of shipments
· Respond to customer emails
· Organize, process, and pay vendor bills
· Receive and record customer payments
Qualifications
Ability to manage Expense Reports with accuracy and efficiency
Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficiency in office productivity software, such as Microsoft Outlook and Intuit QuickBooks is preferred
