Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer questions about services, promotions, and vehicle information
- Accurately update customer records in our system
- Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly

- Strong communication and computer skills
- Friendly, professional attitude with great problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
