• We have a PRN Physical Therapist Position available on our Rehab Team covering our locations in Granby, Fraser and Kremmling CO outpatient clinics and in-patients

Reports to: Rehabilitation Services Director

Description:  Responsible for providing Physical Therapy Services under the Colorado Physical Therapy State Practice Act. Examines, evaluates, assesses and treats patients in outpatient setting.  Administers physical therapy interventions in an effort to restore function and prevent impairment and disability following injury, disease or musculo-skeletal dysfunction. Ensures documentation for services is provided timely and accurately.

Scheduling on an as-needed basis and will include rotation for Saturday on-call. Great opportunity to work and play in a mountain community.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy. New Grads Welcome!
  • Current Colorado State Physical Therapy License.
  • Current BLS certification.

Preferred:

•  Board certified clinical specialist
• Dry needling certification
•  Ability to maintain required documentation in EMR system, Epic experience preferred

Compensation: $40.00 to $64.50   20% for PRN per hour  DOE

PRN employees are eligible to participate in our retirement program.
