Qualifications
- 2-4 years of probate experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in independent and dependent administrations, general litigation and discovery, and alternative procedures to probate
- Ability to handle a busy workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
This is a full-time role in a structured environment with a consistent workload. Attorneys are expected to manage a steady caseload, stay on top of deadlines, and meet billable and collected revenue expectations. The focus is on reliable, consistent performance and moving matters forward in a timely manner.
