Job SummaryThe Manure Hauler is responsible for transporting manure from Kreider Farms to approved off-site locations in a timely and professional manner. This position includes loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, assisting with farm operations, and supporting a team-focused work environment. Weekend availability is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely load and unload manure trucks.Transport manure from Kreider Farms to designated farms or field locations.Deliver materials to farmers and maintain good working relationships.Clean and maintain trucks to company standards.Assist with cleaning older chicken houses as needed.Promote teamwork and collaborate effectively with other farm personnel.Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards to a supervisor immediately.Support food safety and quality procedures by reporting concerns promptly.Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designated staff.QualificationsGood driving record required.Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork orientation.Willingness to work weekends as needed.Licensing & CertificationCDL Class A required.Manure Hauler 1 License required.
