We're growing our Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation practice in Greensboro, and we're looking for the right person to be the engine of our PI/WC files — from the day a client signs to the day we wire them their settlement.
What this seat owns:
→ The client experience — same-day callbacks, weekly updates, plain-English (and ideally Spanish) answers
→ PI file mechanics — medical records pipeline, demand packages, lien negotiation, SOL tracking like it's your own money
→ Workers' comp file mechanics — NCIC Forms 18, 33, 21/26A, indemnity tracking, MSA referrals, clincher agreements
→ Keeping our practice management system clean enough that any attorney can pick up any file and know exactly where it stands
Who we want:
→ 2 years paralegal or legal-assistant experience (PI, workers' comp, or insurance defense ideal)
→ Calm under volume — you triage instead of freeze
→ Writing that's clear, warm, and free of fluff

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Greensboro, NC. The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys with case management, legal document preparation, research, and document review. Daily duties include maintaining case files, preparing briefs and legal correspondence, communicating with clients and court staff, and assisting with trial preparation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Research and Document Review skills
- Excellent Communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; paralegal certification is preferred
- Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation or related practice areas is a plus
