We’re a fast-growing creative marketing agency based in Magnolia, Texas, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s ready to take the lead on content and strategy across multiple industries. If you know what performs, aim to be a trendsetter not a trend follower, and know how to bring content to life in a way that drives results, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, in-office role with regular travel required for content creation. You’ll work with a range of clients in hospitality, B2B, lifestyle, entertainment, product and beyond. From short-form video to graphic design to social-first strategy, you’ll play a key role in helping clients show up online with purpose and style.
What You’ll Do 💻
- Manage 8-10 social media accounts across various industries
- Build and execute shot lists, content calendars, and campaign concepts
- Capture and edit short-form iPhone video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write captions that align with brand voice and support performance through social SEO and engagement
- Travel to client locations for on-site content creation
- Design branded graphics that go beyond Canva templates and reflect original thinking
- Appear in or assist with on-camera content when needed for clients
- Collaborate with internal strategy and production teams
- Use tools like Monday.com and Sprout Social to manage workflows and stay on track
- Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and evolving best practices
Requirements 🤳🏼
- 2-4 years of social media experience, at an agency or across multiple brands
- Proven ability to create content that performs and tells a story
- Strong eye for design and ability to create custom, on-brand visuals
- Confident shooting and editing UGC and trendy content with an iPhone
- Comfortable being behind the camera and occasionally appearing in content
- Excellent copywriting skills with a clear understanding of tone and platform nuance
- Exceptional client communication and ability to lead calls, present ideas, and direct strategy
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting timelines
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and scheduling tools like Sprout Social

- Experience in beauty, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
- Familiarity with influencer campaigns or UGC strategy
- Understanding of Meta Ads
- Photography or editing experience
