Kreative Bears Preschool® is looking for a dependable, caring, and professional
Child Care Teacher to join our growing team.
We serve infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a warm, play-based learning environment. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with young children, understands the importance of routines and relationships, and is comfortable being actively involved throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care
- Participate in age-appropriate learning activities and play
- Support meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom transitions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Complete required classroom documentation
- Use positive and developmentally appropriate behavior guidance
- Communicate professionally with families and coworkers
- Work collaboratively with classroom staff and center leadership
- Follow Pennsylvania child care regulations and center policies
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the applicable Pennsylvania child care staff qualifications for the position.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children
- Previous experience in a child care, preschool, or early learning environment
- CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or related education
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to actively participate in classroom activities, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
Current Pennsylvania clearances, Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification, mandated reporter training, and required health and safety training are a plus.
Pay & Benefits

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position.
Applicants should be available for scheduled shifts between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
