Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Melbourne Beach location! As a PTA, you will work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on patient care, helping individuals recover and regain mobility. Compensation Package :

Offering up to $35 Per Hour
Health Insurance : Coverage for dental, vision, and life insurance up to 100% for the employee.
Paid Time Off (PTO) : Two weeks of flexible PTO annually.
Holidays : Seven paid federal holidays.
Flexible Schedule : Monday through Friday with the option of four 10-hour days.
Continuing Education : Unlimited internal continuing education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing patient care plans.

Provide hands-on treatment to patients, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques.

Educate patients on their treatment plans and assist in progress monitoring.

Document patient responses to treatment and communicate progress to the Physical Therapist.

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment for patients and staff.

Collaborate with team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications :

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure in Florida as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Previous experience as a PTA is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with a team.
