Odoo ERP Project BA (Biz Analisis, Vendor Management & Integration)
- Lead and manage the overall project with implementation partner (scope, timeline, deliverables)
- Gather internal requirements and define functional specifications (Sales, SCM, Accounting, etc.)
- Design and validate integration architecture between Odoo and external systems (ECCANG, Awesung OMS/WMS, Amazon, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop data migration strategy and ensure data integrity and consistency
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support final Go-live
- Manage project issues, risks, and change requests (CR)
- 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or operations projects
- Proven experience in vendor/outsourcing management (required)
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience with data structures and migration (SQL or equivalent)
- Strong skills in requirement definition and documentation
- Experience with Odoo ERP projects
- Experience with eCommerce / logistics systems (OMS/WMS, Amazon, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python or development experience
- Proficiency in Korean, English communication
- Strong communication skills between business and technical teams
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills
- End-to-end process understanding (Order → Fulfillment → Accounting)
