KRE Security, LLC is seeking professional and dependable Part-Time Security Guards to join our team in Pottstown, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who can balance professionalism with compassion while ensuring a safe environment.
Pay Rate:
$18.50/hour
$18.50/hour
Shifts Available (Weekends):
- Saturdays & Sundays
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and security of the premises- Conduct patrols and monitor activity
- Interact with individuals from all walks of life, including those experiencing hardship
- Remain firm but respectful and compassionate in all interactions
- Utilize a Phazzer (non-lethal CEW) when required, in accordance with training and protocols
- Report incidents accurately and follow all site procedures
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working with people experiencing homelessness and/or current and former drug issues- Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in challenging situations
- Comfortable using a Phazzer (non-lethal CEW) – training provided
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Clean background (no felonies or misdemeanors)
- Prior security or related experience preferred, but not required
