Job Description:
We are seeking highly professional, Certified ACT 235 Armed Security Officers to join our team in Harrisburg and the surrounding areas. This is a per diem position primarily for overnight shifts, ideal for individuals looking for flexible scheduling with an emphasis on reliability and strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide visible deterrence to crime and maintain a safe environment.

Patrol assigned areas on foot or in vehicle; monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or criminal activity.

Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.

Write clear and detailed incident reports as necessary.

Engage with clients, visitors, and the general public in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current ACT 235 certification (Lethal Weapons Training Act Certification).
  
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.

Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Ability to remain alert and observant at all times.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must pass background check and drug screening.
