What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Develop and improve processes for document storage and retrieval
- Ensure records are consistently accurate, secure, and audit-ready
- Scan, digitize, and categorize documents for streamlined access
- Track and manage documentation with a high level of detail and accountability
- Maintain orderly office systems, supplies, and storage areas
- Support leadership and team members with high-priority administrative needs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement better organizational practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve systems—not just maintain them
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with basic office technology (Microsoft Office, scanning systems, data entry)
