The Bartender at Orchard House upholds The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s mission, values, and service standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a high-energy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with members and guests to provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, safety, and service guidelines.
- Assist in banquets and special events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, glassware, garnishes, and alcohol brands.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
