Staff Housing Cleaner

Kennebunkport Resort Collection is a group of boutique properties located in the beautiful seaside town of Kennebunkport, Maine. KRC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Staff Housing Cleaner. This vital role helps ensure our employee housing facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for our seasonal and year-round team members.

• This role will be 2 days per week, November-April.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning of common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and laundry rooms.

• Deep clean rooms and shared spaces during staff move-outs or turnovers.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health and safety standards.

• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate needs to the People Culture Team.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

• Assist with light groundskeeping duties as needed (e.g., trash removal, outdoor tidiness).

• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with staff residents.
