Job Overview
KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center is seeking a Product Procurement Coordinator to manage the flow of project materials from order to delivery. This critical role ensures that all remodeling project materials are correctly sourced, ordered, tracked, and received to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
As Product Procurement Coordinator, you will:

• Learn the details of materials needed for residential remodeling projects.
• Place and track orders accurately under tight timelines.
• Manage vendor communication, order acknowledgements, and back orders.
• Ensure digital filing systems are accurate and current.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of purchasing records.
• Oversee claims to secure credits and resolve vendor conflicts when necessary.
• Monitor purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory for accuracy.
• Perform vendor analysis on current and prospective suppliers.
• Maintain organized warehouse systems for production materials.
• Track cost and sell price files across all products.
• Expedite shipments and follow up on special orders as needed.
• Report inventory or paperwork issues to management.
• Participate in production meetings and provide updates on material status.
• Assist with implementing office policies and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of purchasing experience (construction or remodeling industry preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mathematics skills (calculations, projections, statistical analysis).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required).
• Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. of materials as needed.
