We focus on creating an exciting environment where guests of all ages can enjoy winning prizes and making memories. We are looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our crew! As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining machines, and ensuring a clean and fun arcade environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain how games and claw machines work
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues (e.g., stuck prizes, card errors)
- Refill prizes and restock machines as needed
- Process transactions using POS/card systems
- Keep the arcade clean, organized, and fully operational
- Monitor customer activity to ensure a positive and safe environment
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
