What You’ll Do
- Open/Close and maintain your workstation with all needed ingredients and tools.
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, cutting, peeling, and measuring according to recipes.
- Craft sweet and savory crepes with creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely preparation of dishes for smooth, seamless service.
- Maintain recipe consistency and presentation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including dishwashing, sanitizing, and restocking.
- Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Provide warm and knowledgeable guest service, including answering menu questions.
- Train new team members on Krave standards and procedures.
- Support the team with additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

- Passion for cooking, prepping, and learning new techniques.
- Prior experience in food prep, restaurant service, or customer service (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and consistency.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ability to follow instructions closely and work in a busy environment.
