What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Director position at Krav Maga Martial Arts?
Enrollment Director KMMAUSA — American Martial Arts & Leadership Academy
Are you a proven sales professional who wants to earn based on what you produce, help families transform their lives, and build something bigger than just hitting quota?
At KMMA, you can earn significant, largely performance-based income, help families make meaningful changes in their lives, and grow with an organization that is building toward something much bigger.
We are looking for a high-performing Enrollment Director who wants the opportunity to:
- Earn significant, largely performance-based income with strong upside
- Own the enrollment process, from first conversation through follow-up
- Help families invest in confidence, leadership, fitness, and self-defense
- Work with a growing organization where strong performers can earn greater responsibility and leadership opportunities
- Be part of a mission-driven team without sacrificing ambition, competition, or income potential
The Mission
Our mission is to develop confident, competent Blackbelt Leaders—and we are great at it. Now we need someone equally great at helping more people begin and continue that journey.
As Enrollment Director, you will create the relationships, enrollments, and renewals that allow us to empower more families through our mission.
You will work opportunities throughout the sales funnel—prospecting, follow-up, appointments, enrollment conferences, reactivations, upgrades, and renewals.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships, ask great questions, listen to concerns and address them honestly, follow up consistently and thoughtfully, and confidently help qualified prospects make good decisions.
Who Thrives Here
Our ideal candidate is Humble, Hungry and Smart. You've already proven you can sell. Now you want ownership, upside, and work that matters.
You are organized, resilient, coachable, competitive, and comfortable being measured by results.
You enjoy autonomy and take ownership. When the pipeline is light, you create activity. When someone says no, you learn what you can and take the next rep. When coaching can make you better, you want it. And when you perform well, you want your income to reflect it.
We call that being a KMMA intrapreneur: Your relationships. Your follow-up. Your results. Your opportunity.
Your Background
We care far more about demonstrated sales success than martial arts experience.
Strong backgrounds may include:
- Fitness or personal training
- College admissions or recruiting
- Membership sales
- Education, tutoring, or youth programs
- Coaching or professional development
- Martial arts or dance
- High-ticket consultative sales
- Other relationship-driven sales environments
Experience selling a service that helps people improve their lives is especially valuable.
We can teach you martial arts knowledge and the KMMA enrollment system. What we are looking for you to bring is sales ability, hunger, discipline, resilience, and ownership.
If you've consistently hit or exceeded quota in a performance-based role, we want to talk to you — even if your background doesn't fit the list above.
Why KMMA
KMMA is a Blackbelt Leadership Academy that also teaches highly practical self-defense. We help children and adults develop focus, respect, discipline, confidence, gratitude, vision, resilience, and leadership.
The difference we make in people's lives matters.
And we are growing. We're building toward 4 schools serving 1,000 students in the next 3-5 years. The right person in this role can grow with us into greater leadership and ownership opportunities.
Our primary sales hours are afternoons and evenings, with some weekend responsibilities.
Compensation is strongly performance-driven, so your results can have a significant impact on what you earn.
If you are already succeeding in sales but want greater ownership, greater upside, meaningful work, and the opportunity to grow with an ambitious organization, we would like to meet you.
To Apply:
Email with a brief note (or video) explaining why this opportunity excites you and what results you've produced in your current or most recent sales role. Attach your resume.
We'll respond within 48 hours if we see a potential fit.
