Position Overview
We're seeking a Growth Advisor, Community Partnerships to help expand our network, build meaningful relationships, and guide prospective partners through the discovery process.
This is a relationship-focused business development role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their goals, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses find solutions that support growth.
You'll spend time building relationships throughout the community, meeting with business owners and leaders, attending networking events, conducting discovery conversations, and helping organizations determine how Krav can support their objectives.
The ideal candidate is professional, people-oriented, self-motivated, and energized by helping others succeed.
What You'll Do - Relationship Development
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations
- Develop strategic partnerships throughout the Tampa Bay business community
- Represent Krav Digital Marketing Group and Sandcastle in a professional and authentic manner
- Attend networking events, chamber functions, business mixers, and community gatherings
- Identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement and brand visibility
Business Growth & Opportunity Development
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective partners
- Learn about organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify solutions that align with partner needs and objectives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop recommendations and proposals
- Guide prospective partners through the decision-making process
- Help transform qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Maintain and manage an active pipeline of relationship and growth opportunities
Partner Experience & Collaboration
- Assist with partner onboarding and relationship transitions
- Serve as a communication bridge between prospective partners and internal teams
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Experience teams
- Support long-term partner success through proactive relationship management
- Help ensure partners receive a consistent and exceptional experience
