The Founder's Office Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of the Founder's strategic priorities by providing research, analysis, project coordination, and operational support to the Office of the Founder. Reporting to the Manager of the Office of the Founder, this role serves as a strategic partner in advancing enterprise initiatives, preparing executive materials, tracking organizational priorities, and improving cross-functional execution across the Krause Group portfolio.
The Founder's Office Analyst works closely with the Manager of the Office of the Founder, and leaders across the portfolio to conduct research, develop analyses, prepare executive communications, coordinate strategic projects, and ensure high-priority initiatives move efficiently from planning through execution. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, organized, and intellectually curious professional who enjoys solving complex problems, learning across multiple industries, and supporting executive decision-making.
Principal Functions of the Job
- Conduct research and prepare analyses to support the Founder's strategic priorities and enterprise initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing documents, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
- Track strategic initiatives and quarterly priorities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and action items remain on schedule.
- Support investment evaluations through market research, competitive analysis, financial review, and diligence coordination.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects under the direction of the Manager of the Office of the Founder.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries that communicate progress and key performance indicators.
- Assist in preparing for Board meetings, executive meetings, investor meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Support the preparation of executive communications, speeches, correspondence, and strategic messaging.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, reporting, and operating rhythms within the Office of the Founder.
- Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and knowledge management resources.
- Build collaborative relationships across portfolio companies and functional teams to facilitate execution.
- Respond to requests from the Founder, Manager of the Office of the Founder, and senior leadership in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- Experience supporting executives, strategic initiatives, consulting engagements, investment teams, or cross-functional business projects preferred.
