Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all dealership departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Hire, train, and mentor management and staff to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with a focus on maximizing profitability.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
