Summary: To help accomplish the sales goals for Kraus-Anderson Insurance by leading department excellence through opportunities and challenges. To lead and develop exceptional employees by providing development, mentorship, and educational opportunities that support organization strategy and growth. Provide unparalleled customer service by understanding and supporting organizational services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and actively work toward agency goals and strategies.
- Understand and actively round accounts by offering additional agency services.
- Engage with client and process daily customer service requests as assigned.
- Process marketing and renewal activities as directed.
- Follow workflows for Renewal/Spec Setup, Change Requests, Endorsements/Audits/Cancellations, Policy Review, Policy Review Wrap-up, Contract Review.
- Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.
- Assist with client projects as directed by account executive or sales producer.
- Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.
