GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Housekeeping Associate performs a full range of cleaning and sanitation work throughout the company facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures
- Clean, dust, and wipe furniture
- Empty wastebaskets and trash containers
- Clear cardboard waste from production and other areas
- Refill restroom dispensers
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
- Wash walls and equipment
- Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis
- Water company interior plants
- Wash accessible interior windows and clean blinds
- Assist with running daily business errands
- Must have a valid driveris license and good driving history
- Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD
Other Job Functions
- Escort vending representatives while on campus
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
- Other duties may be assigned

Required Experience:

- Ability to read and comprehend labels and instructions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office and production environment
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive motion using common tools of the trade
- Must be able to climb a ladder, bend, squat, reach and perform tasks in small spaces
- Ability to lift iup to 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work overtime or weekends as required
