Kratos has an exciting oppourtunity for a Production Planner with the following job responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
- Ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS standards and organizational scheduling best practices.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Cost Analysts, and Finance teams to align schedules with program objectives.
- Perform risk assessments, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
- Provide timely schedule status reporting and support customer reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling theory, tools, and processes.
Position is contingent upon successful contract award.

Required Experience:
- Bacheloris degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3i5 years of experience in program scheduling, preferably in a government or aerospace/defense environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of EVMS principles, IMS development, and WBS structures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- U.S. Citizenship may be required depending on contract/security requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
- Familiarity with IMP/IMS integration and contract deliverables.
- Ability to lead scheduling teams and mentor junior schedulers

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000
