General Job Summary
The Calibration Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Test and Manufacturing departments by overseeing calibration schedules, maintaining equipment records, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of managing clerical and technical tasks with minimal supervision.
Essential Job Functions
- Communication & Coordination
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear instruction and minimize errors.
- Interfaces effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support calibration and equipment needs.
- Multitasking & Organization
- Manages multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Maintains accurate documentation and records related to equipment calibration and asset tracking.
- Decision-Making & Problem Solving
- Applies logical and analytical thinking to make informed decisions regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
- Identifies potential issues proactively to prevent equipment failure and production delays.
- Equipment Oversight
- Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated, functional, and compliant with internal and external standards.
- Performs Asset Database Maintenance with minimal supervision following initial training.
- Performance & Reliability
- Maintains a strong attendance record and demonstrates reliability in daily operations.
- Supports automated testing and product entry tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma
- Must have 2 or more years of experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excell, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook)
- Basic understanding of digital and RF electronics is preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Operates in a production environment with exposure to manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Performs repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Requires 20/20 vision and color vision (corrective lenses acceptable).
