We are currently expanding and looking for motivated, outgoing, and performance-driven individuals to join our growing team as a Retail Account Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in retail stores, pop-up events, and promotional settings
• Engage directly with customers to educate them on products, services, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and consultative sales techniques
• Execute face-to-face sales presentations and assist customers with account setup or service enrollment
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Track customer interactions, sales metrics, and daily performance
• Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and team meetings
• Collaborate with management to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Support event marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
