The Jr Business Analyst will primarily partner with the Supply Chain and R&D functions while using their Business and Finance Data Analyst skillsets to drive continuous improvement in the organization.

Supply Chain Support (70%)

**Key Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supply Chain Support (70%)
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Develop advanced forecasting and scenario models to align demand, supply, and financials. Support Power BI reporting.
- Cash Optimization: Plan stock value and inventory carrying costs, perform variance analyses, and monitor stock impact on cash flow. Track DIO, DSO, and DPO to drive improvements in the cash conversion cycle.
- Supply Optimization: Support creation of integrated supply plans to meet fixed cost absorption, productivity, and service level targets.
- Modeling & Evaluation: Analyze new supply chain initiatives and provide financial impact insights, including cost allocation visibility.
- AI Integration: Will help introduce and integrate AI to drive efficiency gains more aggressively.
- Monthly fixed cost budget reporting and forecasting, in collaboration with R&D leadership.
- Transformation Office (TO) tracking and completing actual entries in Amplify reporting tool.
- Follow job aid to complete ad hoc activity of Innovation tagging in SAP.
- Innovation economic scorecard modeling.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience which includes
- Proficient in standard business tools, such as SAP, Power BI, and AI technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and creatively to solve new problems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Econometrics or related field
