Job Overview
We are looking for a full time orthodontic front desk administrator and treatment coordinator to join us at Krass Orthodontics. Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Answer phone calls
- Communicate with dental offices and patients
- Schedule appointments
- Submit insurance claims
- Collect payments
- Present treatment proposals
- Utilize dental software systems for patient management
- Take patient records, including x-ray imaging
- Cross-train for clinic duties
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, team members, and dental offices
- Ability to present financial treatment plans and discuss payment options
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental field
- Working knowledge of dental insurance, including checking benefits and submitting claims
- Orthodontic assistant certification and radiology certification are preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
