We’re now expanding our community outreach team and looking for friendly, professional canvassers who enjoy talking to people and helping homeowners learn about ways to improve their homes.
Position Summary
We’re seeking part-time canvassers to work Monday through Friday, 9am–1 or 2pm (or work more if you like). Perfect for mature, reliable individuals, parents seeking a work schedule that matches school hours, or motivated people who want a steady, flexible opportunity to grow within a respected company.
You’ll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our free in-home estimate program. No hard selling, just friendly outreach and conversation.
We welcome applicants with previous canvassing or sales experience, as well as those with transferable skills from fields such as customer service, education, hospitality, or community outreach.
This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, personable, and take pride in achieving results, while enjoying a daytime schedule that leaves afternoons and evenings free for family, hobbies, or other commitments.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00am– 1 or 2:00pm
- No evenings or weekends, unless you want to.
- $23.94 per hour plus performance bonuses

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Professionally represent the company and explain our services
- Record homeowner interest and contact information for follow-up appointments
- Meet weekly goals
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Walk a minimum of 3 miles per day in assigned local territories.
- Work with team members to train new canvassers as they come on board.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales , customer service, marketing, or retail.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service a plus
- Reliable transportation required, meaning your very own vehicle.
- A valid driver license.
- Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment.
