What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Assistant position at Krapf Group?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide support to the Hiring Coordinator with recruitment. This role focuses on communicating with applicant pools or direct one-on-one with potential candidates and requires Krapf knowledge and polished communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with recruiting for school bus areas, including call-backs, follow-up, and scheduling for interviews.
- Assist with maintaining Call Log to track inquiries and contact from applicants.
- Perform follow-up confirmation calls to scheduled candidates the day before their interview.
- Provide information to candidates and applicants by utilizing HR Script to give an overview of the hiring process, position requirements, and expectations.
- Assist with creating, auditing, and maintaining folders for new hires.
- Coordinate local recruitment efforts – yard sign placement, flyers on community boards, banners, etc.
- Attend job fairs and community events.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
