The Internal Wholesaler will play a key role in fostering relationships with new and existing investors and will distribute both ETFs and private fund strategies to a broad range of channels, including Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and retail investors across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads through telephone calls, emails, and follow-ups based on website activity, webinar attendance, and event participation — including leads from international markets such as LATAM, Europe, and Asia.
- Maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory, with a focus on a segmented advisor base.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships by consistently following up on new leads and educating prospects about current and upcoming products across both ETF and private fund strategies.
- Regularly contact financial advisors and institutional contacts to manage the sales process and build long-term partnerships.
- Present investment solutions and discuss market trends with financial advisors and other key decision-makers.
- Ensure accurate and complete records by maintaining a CRM database with detailed client documentation, including building and managing Salesforce campaigns for events, conferences, and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with and provide coordination support to external sales representatives — including organizing conference attendees, preparing materials for roadshows and trips, managing RSVPs, and supporting pre- and post-event follow-up efforts.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal resources, including onboarding materials, email templates, investor FAQ documentation, and team calendars.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build connections and increase product visibility.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to engage and influence prospects.
- Demonstrable history of success in securing prospects and driving sales growth.
- High level of professionalism, diligence, and client-focused initiative.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices; hands-on Salesforce experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across internal and external teams.
- Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses will be required.
