Security Developer / Analyst (Lenel / Genetec)
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX
Work Type: 100% Onsite (5 days/week; weekend coverage as needed)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and administer Lenel OnGuard and Genetec applications
- Install and configure Lenel OnGuard and Genetec physical security applications
- Provide ongoing administration and support for physical security systems
- Manage and resolve assigned JIRA tickets
- Perform Windows and Linux server/system administration
- Configure physical security tools based on business requirements
- Create and maintain runbook documentation, including application and server details (Vendor Recommended vs. Actual configurations)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physical security application support
- Ensure system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and resource changes
- Collaborate with the physical security team and application vendors to meet business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Perform additional duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership
