Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced butcher to prep, cut and trim meat, stock shelves, rotate stock, clean, and provide excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- accurately and efficiently prepare and cut meat
- accurately weigh, date, package and wrap items
- help customers with special requests, provide recommendations and information and make sure customers are happy
- clean and sanitize work area, cases, floor etc.
- follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
