What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator - Day Shift position at Kramer Beverage?
Primary Purpose and Function
Responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all brand Marketing Materials that include: receiving, inventory maintenance, allocating and maintaining Warehouse storage area in an efficient and organized manner.
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour
- Full-time, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Sales and Marketing Departments with providing Point Of Sale materials at their request.
- Manage, track and update inventories of all marketing Point of Sale Materials.
- Create and maintain inventory logs on computer.
- Assist in special events or sales promotions when requested.
- Accurately maintain all Point-of-Sale request forms and fulfill these requests in a timely manner.
- Manage within Point of Sale budgeted guidelines.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.
- Unload, track, store and Communicate receipt of all POS materials upon arrival.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Warehouse inventory experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience or equivalent required
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
