What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Representative position at Kramer Beverage?
Secure and maintain priority brand/packages in assigned accounts. Take ownership of selling, distributing, marketing and merchandising in assigned accounts, while ensuring accounts meet Kramer Beverage’s standards of Quality at Retail.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Sell and provide high quality service of Kramer Beverage portfolio of products to accounts assigned.
- Execute weekly account calls securing key pack and innovation distribution.
- Attend periodic special events that generate brand awareness and consumer sampling. (Weekdays and Weekends)
- Execute monthly Retail Account Standards.
- Execute Quality Assurance Standards as required by the Kramer Beverage Retail Account Standards.
- Ensure Quality standard of less than 2.9% of OOC in every account.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to execute retail account standards.
- Conduct business in accordance with the guidelines and expectations established by Kramer Beverage.
- Develop trusting working relationships with suppliers to enhance Kramer Beverage’s reputation as New Jersey’s first choice wholesaler.
- Embody and promote the Kramer Fundamentals.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Develop trusting working relationships with assigned customers to enhance Kramer Beverage’s reputation as New Jersey’s first choice wholesaler.
- Ensure customers are educated on all of Kramer Beverage’s selling and service tools to include but not limited to
- Online Ordering
- Online Bill Pay
- CheersSJ.com
- Attend trade and industry events as required.
- Attend supplier sponsored events as required.

Education and Experience
College degree or 2 years field experience
Work Environment
Travel is often required during the business day.
