- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience

- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed with timely updates
- Recommend maintenance and repair services when appropriate
- Prepare repair orders and explain completed work
- Help create a positive, professional experience from start to finish
