Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications.
- Utilize various hand tools and power tools to fabricate parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the factory environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain high standards for product quality.
- Assist with other tasks as needed as directed by the Shift Supervisor..
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting production deadlines.
