As a Service Technician at Kraft Tank Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our products and services. Position Responsibilities
· Carry out assigned jobs based on established processes or as directed by the Service Manager.
· Your initial job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
o Changing tires
o Installing mud flaps for service customers.
o Diagnosing and repairing trailer light systems.
o Changing trailer lights.
o Preforming preventative maintenance and equipment check-ins.
o Replacing gaskets, dome lids, butterfly valves, and API heads.
o Conducting services on brakes and brake chambers.
o Report any discrepancies or modifications to the Repair Order immediately to Service Manager and Service Advisors.
· Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning the bay after each job, returning extra parts to the warehouse, and disposing of excess materials.
· Adhere to safety protocols and complete all tasks in compliance with company requirements.
· Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Shop Foreman and Shop Manager.
