We’re partnering with our valued client, Kraft Mechanical in Woodbury, MN, to help them find a Part-Time Contract Specialist to support their organization. We are looking for someone who enjoys reviewing, refining, and strengthening contracts while working closely with a collaborative, people-first team. This role is ideal for a paralegal or legal professional seeking flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to do meaningful, high-quality work.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, editing, and redlining a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
- Identifying potential legal and business risks and communicating them clearly
- Ensuring contracts align with company policies, guidelines, and applicable regulations
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners throughout the contract lifecycle
- Tracking contract status, deadlines, and renewals with strong attention to detail
Qualifications include:
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies (JD or additional legal education a plus)
- 3 years of experience reviewing and managing contracts
- Solid understanding of contract language, commercial terms, and legal concepts
- Strong writing, grammar, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
This is a part-time role and weekly hours typically range from 5–20 hours. We are looking for someone who can adapt to changing needs and be dependable when support is needed. Hybrid or work-from-home options are available.
