Kraaft is the leading management software built specifically for feildcrew. We're taking on the U.S. market β and we're looking for a killer SDR to help us do it.
This isn't your average sales role. We need someone who wakes up ready to hunt, thrives on outbound, and gets a rush from booking meetings and driving pipeline. If you're the type who makes one more call when everyone else has logged off β we want to talk.
π― What you'll do:
- Own outbound prospecting β calls, emails, LinkedIn, whatever it takes
- Identify and qualify leads in the U.S. construction market
- Book meetings for the closing team and help build our U.S. sales engine from the ground up
- Bring energy, consistency, and a competitive edge every single day
β What we're looking for:
- 1β2 years of outbound sales or SDR experience
- High energy, self-starter mentality β you don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist is a plus
- Construction industry knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement
