Licensed Elevator Mechanic – In-House with Profit Sharing

Established Cleveland real estate company with multiple high-rise and commercial properties is hiring a skilled Elevator Technician for an in-house position.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair elevators across our properties
- Handle preventive maintenance and service calls
- Keep equipment safe, reliable, and compliant with Ohio regulations
- Help build and improve our in-house elevator program
Requirements
- Elevator Mechanic’s must hold a state Elevator Mechanic's License to apply
- Solid hands-on elevator service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
