Summary
The Project Coordinator will be focused on all support tasks related to project execution through job completion in conjunction with the Project Manager. This person will work directly with the PM to assist in planning, execution, and closing of the various tasks associated with projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Project Manager as needed in areas including data entry, scheduling, phone calls, emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients.
- Utilize software to schedule projects
- Field phone calls and respond to email correspondence in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
- Follow-up with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and site superintendents for general and urgent matters.
- Coordination of all punch list/customer service items from owner to service technician for expeditious completion.
- Be familiar with company health & safety policies & procedures.
- Scheduling and Booking Travel and Deliveries
- Track timecards, expenses, per diems, schedule requests.
- Assist with Daily Budget analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $50,000 to 65,000 annually.

- Must have experience with scheduling software and the ability to work with a PM to produce schedules.

- Must be able to travel occasionally
- Must be extremely detail oriented with excellent administrative skills

- Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must have ability to function with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.), or technical trade school equivalent preferred
Language Skills

- Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Computer Skills
Possess basic computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Office Site. Must be able to quickly learn new computer programs, use the internet, and operate mobile devices.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel up to 50% of the time, and may also require work or travel on weekends, nights, and evenings.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the worker to sit at and navigate a computer workstation approximately 50% of the time. This position also requires travel to and from worksites, which may require long periods of time in a car, travel by airplane, or potentially other modes of public transportation. Visual Acuity

Working Conditions
The primary working environment is an indoor office setting. However, traveling to field work sites is required frequently. Employees working in hazardous conditions and areas are required to comply with all applicable safety provisions and to use PPE. The working conditions when on work sites may include:
- The worker is subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
- The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- The worker is subject to vibration. Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
- The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
- The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
- The worker is frequently in close quarters, crawl spaces, shafts, man holes, small enclosed rooms, small sewage and line pipes, and other areas that could cause claustrophobia.
- The worker is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
