You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on, personalized care — from evaluation and treatment to education and discharge planning — while meeting the highest professional and departmental standards.

• Assess, diagnose, and design customized therapy plans to address each patient’s unique physical and functional needs.

• Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, strength, and confidence.

• Recommend and train patients on adaptive and assistive devices to enhance independence.

• Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor, helping to shape the next generation of therapists.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation that reflects patient progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

• Manage your caseload efficiently while meeting productivity goals and maintaining superior care quality.

• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives.
