Key Responsibilities:

Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.)

Perform general maintenance, paint touch-ups, and basic repairs

Support external contractors and housekeeping team when needed

Inspect and repair electrical systems, water lines, sewer lines, and emergency systems

Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner

Maintain safety and cleanliness of all work areas

Assist with resident room setups and furniture moves
-
Clean up spills and address accidents as they occur

Follow all safety guidelines and facility protocols
Schedule:

8-hour shifts
-
Some weekend and holiday work required
-
On-call responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
Education & Experience:
-
Less than high school education or equivalent work experience
-
1 month of related maintenance experience preferred
-
Patching and painting experience (2 years preferred)
Skills & Abilities:
-
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
-
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
-
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
Additional Details:

Must be able to commute to Tarpon Springs, FL 34688

Shift availability: Day Shift required

Must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward residents at all times
Qualifications
